Candidate may apply for a maximum of two specialties mentioning the order of preference A candidate desired to apply for more than two subjects shall make a separate applications

Application Fee – MBBS Course Rs. 500/-
PG Degree/Diploma Course.. Rs.1.000/-

Prescribed application forms may be obtained in the college office by paying cash or Post by sending crossed DD in favour of J.J.M. Medical College, Davangee, Payable at Davangere.
The completed application form should be sent by registered post with acknoledgement due so as to reach the Principal, J.J.M. Medical College, Davanger on or before 7th September 2002.
